Last year, from the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, through Royal Decree 983/2021 of November 16, they activated the transfer of 400 million euros of European recovery funds to autonomous communities and cities, to Promote the decarbonisation of professional road transport. The main objective of which was the decarbonization and digitization of mobility to improve air quality in cities and mitigate noise, emissions, and accident rates.

The objectives of the investment line are to promote the transformation of the fleet of heavy goods and passenger transport vehicles, encourage the penetration in Spain of technologies for the propulsion of vehicles that use alternative energies and accelerate the reactivation of industry and the sector of the automotive, favoring the decarbonization of fleets and the improvement of air quality in metropolitan environments.

For this reason, from Qualified Logistics and thanks to the financial support of the European Union, it has been able to adhere to the vehicle scrapping program. Allowing to replace the most polluting vehicles of the company, by others that are more sustainable and respectful of the environment.

These aids from the European Union will allow Qualified Logistics to continue growing by maintaining its 3 strategic keys: digitization, sustainability and cultural change, with its objectives of achieving maximum transport sustainability, reducing its dependence on fossil fuels and promoting decarbonisation.
